March 29, 2024, Felix Nater delivered a Presentation on Situational Awareness & Workplace Violence before ACAP, Albany, NY

On Friday, March 29, 2024, Felix P. Nater, CSC President/Chief Security Consultant at Nater Associates, Ltd. presented a 90 minute session on Situational Awareness: Workplace Violence Prevention and the Hostile Intruder/Active Assailtant Threat before the Albany Community Action Partnership (ACAP). An appropriate title for a forward thinking organization whose focus on creating workforce safety and security became quite apparent from the beginning of early dialogue. The topics discussed were  intended to be an overview and focus on creating a sense of heightened awareness on the importance of situational awareness, personnel risk mitigation and workplace security.
